Not acceptable in British standard English. You may sometimes hear something along the lines of 3 in non-standard versions.

Would you agree that this type of construction is often accompanied by a very expressive intonation that help the listener identify clearly the different clause-like elements? Also, I would find the example more natural if there were more similar elements in quick succession:

Are these constructions acceptable in your variant of Standard English?
No. I don't think it's typically American. At least it's not typical in any areas of the U.S. that I have lived in. It's perfectly understandable, of course, and I believe I may have heard it a few times, but certainly not at all often.
