Yuppie dork

In the short story below, what does "yuppie dork" means? It doesn't seem to match the previous description (neon shorts, shades, buzzed head). I imagine a yuppie as a young rich professional wearing a suit, and a dork like a nerdy kind of guy, but none of these stereotypes match the description... Could you help me understand the usage of "yuppie dork" in this case? Thanks!

"Man, I'm really pissed off!"
"Why? What happened?"
"Some college kid. You know—buzzed-head-rap-music-neon-shorts-and-shades kinda guy."
"Yeah, I know the type."
"Anyway, this little yuppie dork asked me for a hooter! Can you believe it?!"
"That figures! Those jerks always judge people by the way the look."
