Is the first sentence OK?

You've never been working a 10:30 pm!

For example: "when you were working with Microsoft, you've never been working at 10:30pm". Or "tomorrow you've never been working at 10:30 pm". There are thousands of instances/contexts where the sentence would be inappropriate...
