You've got me floating

I like this guy so much and I want to tell him that "YOU'VE GOT ME FLOATING" OR "YOU GOT ME FLOATING". Which one is correct, "you've" or "you"? Thanks!

I don't know what 'floating' means, but considering the register of the context, I suggest that you use the 2nd version; the 1st is too correct.
