Youth/Youths

Bring those youths/youth over here. Is there an s when pluralizing youth?

Today's youth/youths don't know how to appreciate the small things.

You can do that either way. You can use either "youth" or "youths" to mean young people in general. I believe I see it written more often as "youth".
