Not an expression as such. Not that I know of. You'd just have to say what you want without any special idioms, I suppose.

I'd go further and say this about the word 'youth' itself.

Broadly speaking, the only people I hear using the word 'youth' in the plural are politicians, social scientists, etc. And people who are learning English as a second language!

In everyday conversation involving what I'd call ordinary people, I usually hear a synonym like young people.
