"I am yours sincerely."

Does "sincerely" modify the copula "am" in this sentence ?

Okay, I have another question regarding the role of adverbs.

He is happy when he is with her.

Isn't the adverbial clause "when he is with her" modifying the copula 'is" ?

'He is when he is'?? I don't think so. It seems a sentence adverbial to me.
