You're why...

Generally, "why" and "the reason" are interchangeable.
For example, That's why S +V and That's the reason S +V.
However, it feels somewhat unnatural to say "You're why S + V" instead of "You're the reason S +V"

Not exactly. I find them both a little unnatural. Let me think about these, for example:
