You're thinking too deeply. Rather more formal.

You're taking the question too complicatedly. Doesn't fly.

Only the first one sounds good to me. You could also say,
"You're over thinking the situation."
"You're ov

You're thinking too deeply.

Both of the sentences above are possible. complicately is not a word. complicatedly is probably not a word either.

Also:

You're making it more complicated than it is.
It's not that complicated.
You're seeing more in the question than there is.
