Your worries and stress are no solution to the problem,

Hi

Please tell me if these lines are natural, especially the highlighted punctuation? Any suggestions are welcome.

Your worries and stress are no solution to the problem, are they? I'm sure that it's easier said than done, but the truth remains the same: You need to be stronger and more strategic. That’s the demand of the situation—not despair and hopelessness.

Thanks,

Tom
