"Your Weekly Address" or "Weekly Address"?

Dear teachers,

When ex-president Obama was in the White House, he delivered an address every week.

On the website of the White House, the menu which compiled his addresses was stated as follows:

"Your Weekly Address"

Q: Why was the menu showing "Your Weekly Address" instead of "Weekly Address"?

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thanks and best regards,

David Kim

I suppose the person who wrote that heading was trying to convey the idea that these weekly addresses were intended for ' you, the reader' . ie in an attempt to make the site seem more 'user-friendly'.
