your voice sounds different'has changed

Hello,
I was told that these two sentences sounded a little odd, but I can't see anything wrong with them. Here they are: "I haven't seen you for ages...You have grown up since the last time I saw you and your voice has changed."
The other one: "Is your throat sore? Your voice sounds different today."

Don't they make sense? Thank you. Emotion: smile

Gene93 I can't see anything wrong with them Apart from the small matter of a lack of a comma after "saw you", neither can I.

Usually I don't post simple "I agree" posts, but since GYP is from the UK and I'm from the US, I'm going to agree to show that there is no BrE/AmE difference here. Those sentences sound fine.
