Your Task

The station owners/operators need to know how and where to put up promotional signs and how to update point-of-sale machines and registers using key codes and sequences. Write two sets of instructions for the service stations – the first set will be for a reader who has never used that type of machine and has provided promotions in the past. Use your imagination. Briefly explain how your two audiences affect your instructions.
