Your opinion about a small resume

Hi everybody, i ve wrote some paragraphs in my new resume.
I have intermediate english skills and would appreciate if you can help me to organize this text better because i dont know if its good.
Could you make a review please?

Brian, is today one of few SharePoint Consultant in Rio de Janeiro, mixing 6 years of continuous SharePoint experience, he worked on the biggest Software Factories of Brazil, leading teams, designing projects and analyzing requirements in client. He also has contracted and formed qualified professionals.

As a SharePoint consultant, Brian worked in complex projects as architect, developer and leader in multinationals, major government agencies, military, insurance companies, banks, television stations and a range of medium and large private enterprises from several segments.

Brian is dedicated and focused on results. He also cares about the quality of work and evangelizes the improvement of best practices in teams, he is self-stimulated to boost and share his knowledge.
Nowadays, he want to practice English and learn German and French.
