Your help is need...tq
Hi, Could you check my sentence below please. I'm worried that people might not understand what i'm trying to say. Basically, i would like to say, Gill engineering was form in 2005 and therefore there is no audited report. and Gill Corp is our parent company who had been supporting us financially. Thanks.

As a result in structuring Gil Corporation, our Safety Licenses were transferred to Gill Engineering. Prior to this, all contracts were awarded to Gill Corporation but were conducted by Gill Engineering. However, all financial support requirements are fully supported by Gill Corporation."
