I like some of them because of their skill, some for their beauty, and some for having both together! However, I think skill is far beyond beauty, so here I go:

Al Pacino, Daniel Day-Lewis, Robert De Niro (although I do not like all of his movies, but he is one of the best!), Orlando Bloom, Nicole Kidman, Charliz Theron, Julia Roberts, Juliette Binoche.
