Thank you for your comment. Beside for your these, is there any other grammatical mistake I have and can you advise me how to

1-- Eliminate all the capital letters except those at the beginning of each item (e.g. Conducted, Liaised) and FAQ.

2-- audit program for training partners

That's all I see.
