In the US, "Your birthday is faster/later than me." is not right. You might hear instead:

Your birthday comes/is after mine.

You were born after me.

You're younger than me by ___ months.

It doesn't make any sense. Do you mean "... than mine" (i.e. "... than my birthday")? If so, "faster" would still make no sense, though "later" can make sense if it is understood as "later in the year". I would probably not understand it to mean that one person was older than another. E.g. if my birthday is June 1st, and yours is June 10th, then your birthday is "later" than mine, even if y
