your are always welcome

Dear all,

I have to write a greeting and it should start with a welcome. But the mere word "Welcome!" seems to short to me. Could I write "You are always welcome"? Does it not have a meaning of a reply to "Thank you"?
If you have other suggestions, I would be glad to hear them.

Thank you.

Hi

If you are meeting with people you know well - at your house, say - then it is OK just to say 'Welcome!'
