Your adopting of the facade...

Is it grammatically correct and natural enough?

?Your adopting of the facade of "everything will be fine in no time" would shatter your illusion of graduating on time and getting your preferred job!

N.B: I meant that some university students have an illusion that Corona Virus would go in no time. So they aren't paying heed to taking classes and insisting their teachers to give classes. So we are constantly lagging behind and this will end up graduating later than exact time and it will have an effect to getting our preferred job like govt job because after 30(age), we can't apply for a govt job.

I suggest this: Your attitude of "everything will be back to normal in no time" will shatter your chances of graduating on time and getting your preferred job!
