What do these sentences mean? Please differentiate between the two.

Your action reflects (with an s) well on you. (One thing - saving a child from drowning, for example.)
Your actions reflect well on you. (Many things - how you generally conduct yourself.)

What you did makes you look like a good person.

You could say "poorly" instead of "well" if they make you look bad.

I don't find it very natural to just say "they reflect on you"
