Youngers

The word "Younger" is an adjective. Is it correct to write it as a noun, for example in the sentence below.
Respect your elders and youngers.
I believe it should be "Respect your elders and young ones."

No. We'd have to say something like"Respect your elders and people younger than you". However, that's a little odd - it means that you should respect everybody except people of your own age.
