This phrase is complicated...

Yes.
CharmYouYou'll be half way through to your goal
That sounds a bit odd to me. Through what? I would expect simply, "You'll be halfway to your goal."

Really? I just read a book written by an Indian writter.
understand the theory, and you’ll be half way through to your goal.
This is from his book.
Is this sentence odd?

http://www.fluentzy.com/selfstudy_how.asp? I just now read the home page.

He's pretty good, but there is a whiff of the unidiomatic in his writing. English is not his first language. He seems to know what he's talking about, though.

Exactly, what do you think of fluentzy? Can I become truly fluent by this set of books? I just purchased the set of books..and it costed lots of money. ..The delivery link they emailed me didn't work so I even called the service number for help... A Indian woman picked the phone and I can tell that her accent was very thick (at least I could't totally understand) I just "parden" and "parden" over

I don't know anything about it, Fluentzy or indeed teaching ESL, but it seems to me it would be better to follow a program created by a native speaker in the country whose English you want to speak, the US or the UK.

What programs created in US do you recommend then?

Seriously, I'm the wrong one to ask. There are many quite brilliant ESL teachers in here, but I am not one of them. If I were you, I would start a new thread in the ESL Software, Online Learning & Games forum.
