A: Come out here now. Then nothing will happen to you.

B: I don't buy it. You would just beat me up./You'll just beat me up./You're just going to beat me up.

Which one of these would be more natural in the context?

Hi I'd say the first one is the least likely, in context. It contains the careful use of the modal verb 'would' to express a possibility. Quite correct but, in practice, people may not speak that carefully if they are fearful of being beaten up The other two are good.
