Source: school exam

Hello,
I have asked this question in three other forumes and native English speakers have answered it. But in spite of that I have some problems with understanding this test. I say that the other options A and B and D can also work in my test but the native English speakers in other forums say that only option C is natural. They have asked me that from what I aspect I say the other three options can work in this test and I have said to them that this is my analysis that shows the other three options can work:

You will be safe as often as you follow the instructions. = you will be safe as you follow the instructions regularly (maybe you repeat doing that everyday)
You will be safe as much as you follow the instructions. = (as long as ....)
You will be safe as long as you follow the instructions. = (as much as ....)
You will be safe as well as you follow the instructions. = (as nicely as .....)

Again, they have said to me that only option C is natural.

Would you please be kind enough to have look at my above analysis and tell me that what you think of my analysis?
That, why the other three options can not work.

Thank you

Although the three other options do make grammatical sense, only C is the option that would ever be used. "as long as" is a phrase that is used a lot in English language to indicate a condition. g.

From Thefreedictionary Forum I have understood why [as much as] and [as well as] do not work.
But I can not understand why [as often as] can not work. They have explained the reason to me but I wish you could give me some more clarification about [as often as
