Can we say :" you will be adult", as we say " you'll be young,you''ll be nice" ?

You will be an adult OK. eg when you are 21

You'll be young. When? Sounds strange. Perhaps you mean 'You are young'.

You''ll be nice. When? eg tomorrow?

Hi Clive! My question was basically on the use of the article "an" before the word  adult.Example: You will be an adult. There is  no difference ,though,whether the word adult can be used as an adjective or a noun.In the end  we must say an adult.Is that right?
