I enjoy doing these (now that we've gotten away from the videos of the Tard family -- those just annoyed me)-- I look at your transcription first and try to guess what it might really be. A lot of it is just being familiar with a lot of English vocabulary and common phrases, so even if we can't exactly hear a word we can tell what it must be from the rest of the sentence. If I didn't already know that there's a poofy white dog called a Bichon Frise, I would have had a lot of trouble with this one.

I am hear-of-hearing, so often in real life I mis-hear things. In real life I don't have the option of re-playing them several times.
