You vs yourself?

Hello!

I am confused when to use you/ yourself.

1. Take care of yourself. As I understand "you" si hidden- You take care of yourself.
2. In class the teacher says: "Bob what about you?" -Why it isn't yourself? because we didn't you "you"?
3. The teacher says : "Now speak about you/ yourself? you don't say the name of the student.
4. Now Bob speak about you/yourself? you say the name.
