I came across the phrase on the Secret Circle Tv Series and there is not much conversation related to the phase.

Faye got out of her house, when she arrived at a sidewalk, a jeep that carries her friends stopped by to take her to somewhere. Then she ( Faye ) said "You totally car-blocked me. Jake's supposed to give me a ride. " Afterward her friends told her Jake and Cassie were going to
