You too!

if someone say to me "have a nice day", what else other than the phrase "you too" or "have a nice day too" can I use to respond to those kind of ending conversation?

Thanks in advance,

Can I say "hope you do the same" to mean the same as "you too" does?

You can say 'same to you'. And you could add a 'thanks' before or after it.
