"You Still Are Blind"?

There is a sentence in Naruto's first ending song which says "You still are blind". Is it grammatically correct? Shouldn't it be "You are still blind"?

Here's the problem. Word order is often changed in songs in order to match the words to the music. Don't depend on songs to teach you grammar. It's a poor method of learning English.
