Does the highlighted sentence mean:

1. Please tell me now how fashionable sounds its clothing with a turban?

or

2. After the show, you have to tell me how it looks and if it is fashionable.

or

3. At the show you will see how fashionable it has become.

Dialogue:
A: You are going to show the figure next week, yes?
B: Yes.
A: You are making it a turban, you said?
B: Yes, the old one was spoiled, I'm afraid.
A: You shall have to tell me how close I've come to current fashion in Istanbul.

As you've written it, I'm slightly confused.

B is the one making the turban, but A is the one asking how close he came to the current Istanbul fashion?
What object is A referring to? It can't be the turban.

If the last sentence were said by B, the whole dialogue would make sense.
