Hi,

(1) Are these two expressions 100% equivalent? ... and equally common in today's English?
(2) Are there other idiomatic ways to express the same idea (= used to say that you agree with someone)?

(1) I doubt that any two expressions can ever be said to be "100% equivalent" but they are pretty close. (2) Yes.
