Subject: Presentation
Dear Mr. Jack,
I am writing to seek your permission for a presentation on the information acquired in a conference which I find helpful for our project down the line. I am going to give a powerpoint presentation which helps me illustrate my points through pictures and statistic. My presentation will focus on how to maintain good relationship with our suppliers, and improvement on internal interaction. It should take around 30 minutes to cover both. Everyone in our department should take part in the presentation so that they can ameliorate their communication across the department which plays an important part in the successful performance of not only the department but also the whole company. I suggest the presentation be hold through video conferencing so as that participants can save their time and money, and they can listen to the presentation in the place where they feel most comfortable.
I am looking forward to your response.
Yours sincerely
John
