You or you guys

Thanks for reading my question. I'm just wondering when we write an email with an opening saying: "Dear Peter, Mary and Susan", what to say in the content if it is for all 3 of them:

1. It was a pleasure speaking with you, OR
2. It was a pleasure speaking with you guys?

Would the first sentence work? Or is there any better option?

Thanks so much!
Peter

with you, with you all: using 'guys' to include males and females is very casual, but often used.
