"You need to bundle up more."

"You need to bundle up more." "It is cold outside."

I know "bundle someone up in something phrase' like "She bundled her son up in a parka." and then in 'bundle up more', the 'more' functions as an object or an adverb or either one is possible and there is no meaning difference?

Thank you so much in advance.
