You missed an international flight ... letter
Dear sir or madam,
I am writing this letter to inform you regarding the flight that I have missed on last Wednesday.
I had my departure from Bangalore on last Wednesday but unfortunately I reached the airport lately due to traffic. On that day I finished my meeting in office and started on time to airport but due to the terrible traffic I reached beyond the time to airport.
Actually, I had my daughter birthday celebration on Thursday but due to this I couldn't attend the event which really impacted me a lot.
Since I booked Business class which is very costly because of emergency. Hence I would like to request you Please refund my airline
ticket amount.
