00 This is an example sentence from a grammar book. I can't figure out what it means. I understand what "you've never speeded on the road" means. But I am not familiar with constructions like "you mean to say". Could you help me understand it please?02br

I've heard Irish folk songs that make "British" sound like an obscenity. I've always felt it's what's in a person's heart that counts. If someone hates you, it doesn't ease the hurt when they use polite terms.
