I don't exactly understand the purpose of the word "still" here. If there was no comma then "better still" would mean "even better than you do now". Perhaps this is the intended meaning and someone thought a comma was needed (I don't).

"Perhaps you'd still want to know me better" would normally mean "You'd want to know me better, even if some thing (indicated by the prior context) were to happen".
