I came across some sentence when I listen to the some conversation.
Women said " it means it's designed to stop you looking older".
Basically as I know, if we want to use ~ing, then it should be with be verb.
So I think that sentejce supposed to be like this " it means it's designed to stop you are looking older".
Can you please let me know how to understand the original sentnece of woman?

I take, here, the ing-form + an adjective ("looking older") as an adjectival phrase.

It's designed to keep you looking young.
Women generally don't like to look old. They talk about is some kind of skin cream or makeup that makes your skin soft and smooth, like a young woman.
