You look like ...... from

When we say "You look like Tom Cruise in 'Top Gun'" we can either mean that in the movie 'Top Gun' you look like Tom Cruise or that you look like (Tom Cruise in the movie 'Top Gun').
My question is , do we have to put a comma in the original sentence to make the meaning clear ?

Any fool should be able to figure out that he wasn't in the movie with Tom Cruise. Leave some latitude for common sense. Anyway, a comma wouldn't help in any way.
