Dear Customer Service,
I have a problem. I was unhappy with your service on my last flight from Venice to Los Angeles. First, I traveled from Venice to London on Flight 407, and then I took Flight 784 to Los Angeles. But, the Flight to Los Angeles was delayed for nine hours. I missed an important work meeting because of this problem. Moreover, once that I've arrived in Los Angeles, I've known that my luggage were disappeared. I have been waiting for a couple of weeks, but I had never received any information about them. Inside of my luggage there are clothes, personal items and, above all, work documents. What should I do to recover them?
