[you have this one] or [you'll have this one] or [you can have this one]

Suppose that I'm sharing some candies with my friends.

(1) I say, "John can take the diamond-shaped one. Mary can get the white one. Jack, you can have this one."

(2) I say, "John can take the diamond-shaped one. Mary can get the white one. Jack, you'll have this one."

(3) I say, "John can take the diamond-shaped one. Mary can get the white one. Jack, you have this one."

Most of my non-native English speaking friends think all of them are okay. What is your opinion? Thank you very much.
