You have reversed them

Hi,

My three-year-old son often makes a mistake when he put on his clothes.
For example, he would put the pants right side down on the bed before he put them on.
or he would place his right shoe against his left foot and left shoe against his right foot before he put them on.

In these contexts, can I say to my son, "they are reverse" or "you have reversed them" ?
Are they natural? What else can I say?

Thank you very much !!

If I've understood you correctly: You have your pants on backwards. You put your shoes on the wrong feet. // You've got your shoes on the wrong feet.

Thanks. But I want to remind him before he put on his clothes, not after he has put them on. What can I say?

Turn your pants around first.
Nope - wrong feet!
