Lets say someone make a right guess about me, such as my occupation, is it right to reply "you got me" ?

I suppose that it is possible to say that jocularly, but it sounds a bit silly to me. I would just say, 'You're right!'.

It's also used as a response to "do you know what/who/where....." to indicate that you don't know the answer to the question. Often written or said as, "You've got me". [edit: which is probably the same thing as Mr. M's "dumbfounded".]
