You got / made me anxious

You got me anxious was popped into my head in the first place when typing the message. Then I tried to google about "get / got me anxious", it turned out that seemed to be grammatically wrong as I found more results in "make me anxious" and "got me anxious" was lyrics. Also, "untyping" is a correct word? Thanks.

A: Stop untyping, Peter . You got me anxious.

B: You worry too much.

see mun TehSorry for being unclear in my question. Because A is waiting for Peter's (B) response on Skype. She wants him to type, so she typed : stop untyping Peter. You got me anxious.
It is still very unclear to me.
see mun TehI don't understand why some sort of examples are Get + adjective, others are Make + adjective.

Do you mean when A says "stop untyping," she means "stop not typing" -- in other words, "start typing!" I don't think any native speakers would use "untyping" to mean "not typing." It's not a "real word,"
