You find faults IN/WITH everything

WITH or IN?

- Do you find faults with/in everything?

Could you tell which of these to say please?

- You don't need (to be) 2 people to do this job./There doesn't need to be 2 people to do this job.
- The more you tell kids not to do things, the more they want to do them.
