You don't want any part of that world

Hi,
The guy ran across his ex-girlfriend when he was with his wife. His wife seemed very uncomfortable during her husband was having a short chat with that woman.

Wife: Was I mixed there?
Husband: I wouldn't defile you like that. You don't want any part of that world. You don't want to be involved. It's complimentary to you that you were not involved in that.

What does it mean by “You don't want any part of that world.” and "It's complimentary to you that you are not involved in that."

Thanks,
Ryo

The context you omitted is that the husband (Larry David) was masturbating in bed, and the wife assumes he was masturbating while thinking about his ex-girlfriend he met earlier. When Larry's wife asks if she was "mixed up in there", she is asking if she was also in his sexual fantasy. Larry respon
