0 IMO this is a complex sentence. 01 u 01 i 00 You don't understand 02 i 02 u 00 is the main clause and 01 i 01 u 00 [that] this thing will hurt you 02 u 02 i 00 is a relative clause. I guess "that" is a relative conjunction (doesn't sound right) and should be omitted when the sentence is easily understood without it. 0-
