You don't think you need to talk about it/that?

A: You think there's more to talk about?

B: Yeah.

A: Like what?

B: Your girlfriend just broke up with you.

A: Haven't we already talked about that?

B: Not really. (pause, then) You don't think you need to talk about it/that?

Is this dialog natural? Would you use 'it' or 'that' for B's question?
